O my Lord God, my Savior and my Redeemer, take away all my sins and destroy in me everything displeasing to Thee; pour from Thy Heart into mine whatever will please Thee most.  Wholly convert me and take full possession of everything within me, to use it according to Thy good pleasure and for Thine own sake.  Unite my heart with Thine, my will with Thy will, so that I may never will and may never be able to will anything or in any other way than Thou willest and what Thou willest.  O Sweet Jesus, O my God, let me love Thee with all my heart, in all things and above all things.

Heart of Jesus, burning with love of us, inflame our hearts with love of Thee.
O sweetest Heart of Jesus, I implore that I may ever love Thee more and more.
Sweet Heart of Jesus, be my love.
 
Sacred Heart of Jesus, convert all poor blasphemers.
Sweet Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us and on our erring brethren.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.
 
Sacred Heart of Jesus, protect our families.
Divine Heart of Jesus, convert sinners and give perseverance to the just.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, save the dying, free the holy souls in purgatory, and extend over all hearts the sweet empire of Thy love.
 
Sacred Heart of Jesus, I give myself to Thee through Mary.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, mayest Thou be known, loved, and imitated!
Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy kingdom come!  Amen.
