Today we continue studying a profession of faith to help enlighten our souls in the face of modern errors regarding the Mass and Catholic worship. The liturgy is a ‘permanent school’ in which the Christian soul is formed. The Mass helps us judge according to eternity, to love what is holy, and to despise what is transient. The Mass leads the Christian to order his whole life to the sacrifice of Christ. It even shapes morals and inspires the arts and customs. Radical changes to Catholic worship have severely weakened our faith and are a cause of today’s grave crisis.

Jesus' love is infinite. He also brings us the truth. Never separate His love from His truth. The Priestly Society of St. Pius X recently published a profession of faith. It includes 154 numbered paragraphs delineating what we, as Catholics, profess and reject. Consider for example its confession regarding the Sacred Heart, Christ the King, Our Blessed Mother, and Holy Mother Church. I urge you to study this document. It will help you learn your faith well, especially in the face of errors now so prevalent among the baptized.
