Our Lord’s Incarnation brought into being the holiest of families. His becoming man can never be separated from marriage and the family, which His birth and infancy have made sacred. In fact, marriage and family exists to bring Jesus Christ to life in souls! Your marriage and family must be serving that purpose. Yet we are living in a time when there are the most horrific and diabolical attacks against marriage, life and the family. It has been prophesied that the final battle between Christ and the devil will be over marriage and the family. It is the decisive issue. A true appreciation for Christmas will strengthen our resolve in this battle. After all, the true meaning of Christmas is [1] the Birth of our Savior; [2] that He was born on earth that we might be born into Heaven; and [3] that He continues to be present to lead us to Heaven in an incarnational manner. Pray much and continually for the graces of Christmas to strengthen your marriage and family.
