Fatima Ascension and Pentecost

Let us consider the mighty presence and maternal intercession of Our Lady in the two grand mysteries of the Ascension and Pentecost, which is brought to a climax at Fatima. Pious belief holds that at the Ascension Our Lady was also brought to Heaven, but she chose to leave the ineffable glory so that ‘Faith in God be spread, His Holy Name be exalted, and His holy Church enlarged.’ Sadly, the exact opposite is now taking place in our time, which is why Our Lady came at Fatima. Never forget that Mary and the Holy Ghost are mystically espoused and share a profoundly intimate union. In fact, the more the Holy Ghost finds Mary in any soul, the more active and mighty He becomes in producing Jesus Christ in that soul and that soul in Christ. Too many dismiss Fatima as Private Revelation, yet the popes themselves affirm this is a message for the whole Church and the whole world. Three important parts to the Message of Fatima are: [1] The absolute importance of Catholic doctrine; [2] The terrible crisis in the Faith; [3] And the spiritual remedy. For nearly ninety years the popes have disobeyed God’s request to consecrate Russia to Mary’s Immaculate Heart and for nearly sixty years they have disobeyed Our Lady’s command to reveal the entirety of the “Third Secret”. Many evils that have befallen the Church are a consequence of this disobedience. We must therefore pray much, and do penance, for our pope and hierarchy.
